Formal education equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or appropriate job related experience.
Five years of work experience supporting application development and state reporting.
Must have three years of experience with supporting eSchoolPlus and eFinance.
Must have experience with Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL, Cognos, and
REPORTS TO: Director of Technology
JOB GOAL: Manage and administer systems while ensuring state reporting requirements are met in a timely manner and that data is prepared, validated, and reported per state guidelines. Provide expertise in the area of student information systems and assist with implementation, troubleshooting and data export.
Supervise the application development team.
System Administrator for student and financial systems.
Responsible for ensuring that state reporting requirements are met in a timely manner and that data is prepared, validated and reported per state guidelines.
Train district personnel on eSchoolPlus, Teacher Access Center (TAC), Home Access Center (HAC), Registration Gateway and Triand.
Communicate maintenance schedules and system outages with all district users.
Provide quality data management, analysis and technical assistance.
Provide written documentation for eSchoolPlus and Triand.
Compile data and provide reports to district users, the state and other agencies as required.
Provide Student GPS dashboard support.
Prepare and maintain nightly data exports out of student information systems.
Maintain general knowledge of state and federal student reporting guidelines and requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary Range: Range 9 - Support Staff Daily Salary Schedule ($260.86/day - $382.66/day depending relevant experience)
Length of Contract: 244 contract days
FLSA Status: Exempt
Personnel Status: Classified
