Work Schedule:                                                                            

Hours are typically 8:00-4:30 daily on a 243 day contract. However, the daily schedule may vary depending on the needs of the district.

    Specific Functions:


    District Coordinator for eSchoolPlus – manage eSchool, TAC and HAC programs. Users will be given access and assigned rights according to position. Trainings need to be conducted as needed, troubleshooting issues with any users, run COGNOS reports upon request, send out attendance calls daily, monitor the course code catalog with the ADE Course Code Management System.


    SIS Cycle Coordinator – 9 cycles per year, each pulling in information that reports to the state. eSchool pulls in all student information; efinance pulls in financial information. These Cycles have errors that need to be corrected every Cycle pull. There is also LEA information that needs to be updated every Cycle. After errors have been corrected, all reports need to be reviewed for accuracy before submitting the Cycle. Certified reports will be printed and filed.


    Standards Accreditation District Manager – monitor the district status daily, correcting errors, notifying district personnel of the changes that need to be made. Full Accreditation is in the Spring.


    Triand Account Manager – assign and remove rights for users as needed.


    Civil Rights Data Collection School Contact – this information is pulled every 2 years in the Fall. Much data will need to be entered manually.


    Active Directory Account Manager - add, delete and manage accounts for users


    Powerschool Online Enrollment Account Manager - Assign rights to users, troubleshoot any issues they are having and conduct trainings as needed.


    Inventory - Add, delete and move all inventory items on campus, balance every quarter, send out inventory sheets across campus every Spring. Make adjustments as necessary.


    Teacher licensure renewals  - Assist licensed teachers in their renewal process, completing background checks and fingerprints, as well as their reimbursements.


    Background checks and fingerprints for all classified employees - We are in year 3 of a 5-year plan to have every classified employee up to date on their background checks.


    Background checks and fingerprints for all new employees - This is done during New Employee Orientation, as well as contacting new employees as they are hired during the year.


    Set up Shoebox PD sessions and assign credit for attendees.


    Other Essential Functions

    • Relieving Central Office Receptionist during that person's lunch break.
    • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems and use computers for spreadsheet, database management, and other applications.
    • Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
    • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
    • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, correspondence, or other material.
    • Complete forms in accordance with district procedures.
    • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
    • Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations.
    • Route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
    • Manage projects or contribute to committee or team work.
    • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
    • Perform accounting (requisitions, purchase orders) and inventory duties as assigned.
    • Adhere to all policies of the District.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the superintendent, assistant superintendents, and all other central office administrators.




            Education:                      High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

                                                   Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school): Preferred

            Experience:                    Previous experience in the function listed above preferred.

            Computer Skills:             Shall be able to demonstrate an acceptable level of proficiency with computers and programs associated with the position.


            Other Requirements:     1. Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.

    1. Appropriate personal and professional conduct at all times while around students and other staff members.
